Northern Industrial Training is partnering with the Native Village of Tatitlek to provide construction equipment training to Tatitlek Village residents. These training programs are designed to meet state and national requirements for many jobs. These courses are designed to increase the operators’ knowledge of equipment, safe operating principles, practices, and regulations.
This training has been made possible through support from our regional education foundations such as CMF and CHF, among others. This training will strengthen the Village’s ability to be self-sufficient and productive with their small team. For more information on other NIT programs and available training, go to https://nitalaska.com. CMF vocational grants are available to original shareholders and their descendants at https://coppermountainfoundation.com/scholarships/.
