The Phil Blumstein Scholarship honors Phil Blumstein’s more than 40 years of dedicated service as The Tatitlek Corporation’s board counsel and his longstanding contributions to Alaska Native Corporations and the Alaska Native community. This scholarship supports pursuit of advanced degrees in fields that carry on Phil Blumstein’s legacy including legal, business, project management and related disciplines.

Scholarship Details
- Amount: $10,000 per year (for up to 5 years, capped at $50,000 total)
- Eligible fields of study: Graduate or PhD programs in Legal, Business Management, Project Management, or related fields
- This is a competitive scholarship and recipients are selected based on qualifications and application materials.
Eligibility
- Enrollment: Full-time enrollment in a graduate or PhD program in an eligible field
- Shareholder Status: Must be a Tatitlek original shareholder or a descendant of an original shareholder (descendants must have completed descendant registration)
